• 3A1) Download and install nodejs and npm
• 3A2) Install gtp2ogs.js with npm
• 3A3) Recommended : Upgrade gtp2ogs.js from old branch to “devel” branch (latest)
• 3A4) Optional : Edit the gtp2ogs.js file (for example show winrate on OGS)
• 3A5) Run gtp2ogs.js (beta)
• 3A6) Run gtp2ogs.js (official)

3B) FOR WINDOWS

To make your beta ogs account 1 into a beta bot account (grey name), you need to private message all OGS moderators and ask them to do it

OGS moderators will require you first to make some stability tests on the beta.ogs server, and when it works on beta.ogs, ask them again to make your bot account a grey name in official ogs

It may also be helpful to send the same request publicly on OGS english chat
