chore: add WordPress 6.4 and 6.5 to testing matrix #228

Adds WordPress 6.4 and 6.5 to the testing matrix.

Note the "draft" status of this PR will be removed upon release of the official WordPress 6.5 Docker image.

@theodesp, before I make this ready for review I realize I should have to update the GraphQL schema. Is there a process for that here or do we let it fail assuming it will be OK after the release?
