Notes Overhaul and Added Various Resources

Change up the ui of the Notes portion of the app. Added 2 other areas for dedicated Quotes and To Dos and have a wider General Notes section on the bottom. All 3 text areas save to individual files in the assets folder of the program's root folders.

Also add links to several resources, some education others are services related.
