feat: get address from hca + remove v2 gauge logic

Description of Changes

• use halodao-contract-addresses to fetch the latest address of XGSD/USDC pool
• remove gauge v2 logic (there is only 1 gauge on the new pool)

How To Test

Run this on the terminal:
yarn hardhat snapshot-xsgd-rewards --startdate 2023-12 --network polygon
