Quite a bit of rewrite, remove _bindPaginator, added new attributes, serverPaginatorMap hash for translating pag state to querystring and from response. Removed paginatorResize from PaginatorView and added it here.
Added functionality to preserve the "selected" state after the data is sorted. Added methods _beforeResetDataSelect and _ afterResetDataSelect. Also revised return values from _getSelectedRows and _getSelectedCells and deleted attribute selectedRecords.
