Forvo Pronunciation Dictionary
Forvo is a crowd-sourced collection of pronunciations for words and some short sentences. It covers a wide range of languages, much wider than computer-generated TTS services.
You can select language, sex (male/female), and country of origin of speaker. Open an issue if you believe we're missing a language. https://forvo.com/languages/

Forvo is a paid service and requires an API key. The price point is extremely affordable for the entry-level plan: $2/month. Open an account here https://api.forvo.com/ to get your API key. The entry-level plan is $2/month for 500 requests: https://api.forvo.com/plans-and-pricing/. On the entry-level plan, the API URL to use is the apifree.forvo.com.
