Where is my panel?

Possible reasons :
- panel is broken
- you are not using a powered USB hub
- manufacturer has released new panel model having new Product ID (PID)
- panel is not supported (see homepage for supported panels)
Go to Windows Device Manager, open "Human Interface Devices".
Now unplug / plugin your device to see if you can see an entry being added removed / added to the list.
If no device is removed / added it is highly likely the panel is broken.
You can also check each existing entries by double clicking on them.
Check the VID and PID. Below are examples of the values used in DCSFP.
As can be seen this device is a Saitek
(0x6A3) panel of type Saitek BIP Back Lit Panel
(0xB4E).
