Fixed a bug where an error occurs when loading the mod in the settings for the first time. Also rebuilt .zip so that it can be opened with OS-built in explorer/extractor alone, not 7-zip or other archive explorers.
Requires Software Inc. Alpha 10 (tested on A10.10). Harmony Patch Library v1.2.0.1 is included.
How to install
- Extract the contents of the mod to the DLLMods folder inside your Software Inc. directory.
- Start up your game. If you haven't already bound your key to opening console, do so by going to Settings -> Keys, and then bind "Open Console" to a key of your choosing. (You might not have to do this, but do it just in case.)
- Activate the in-game console and type "RELOAD_DLL_MOD EducationBuff2" without quotes.
- Activate the mod in the Mod section of settings.
- Enjoy!

You can now configure how long you must send your employees to school in order to max out a skill of your choosing. This update uses a transpiler to avoid completely overriding the targeted method.
I have decided to released this version as a standard release having tested it a fair bit. If there are any issues with this mod, however, please let me know.

Sending an employee to school for six months should hopefully max out their stats. While it can be used straight off the bat, it is not exactly meant for public consumption due to some minor issues. Namely, EducationBuff2.dll has to be manually loaded for some reason.
Installation instruction:
- Download the latest release of Harmony patch library from here ( https://github.com/pardeike/Harmony ). Extract 0Harmony.dll to [Software Inc. Folder]/DLLMods.
- Download the latest release (this one). Extract the files to [Software Inc. Folder]/DLLMods.
- Activate the in-game console (make sure to map it to a key first; check the keybinds for the very last entry, the entry on console) and type RELOAD_DLL_MOD EducationBuff2
- Activate the mod in the Mod section of settings.
- And you are done!
