Sending an employee to school for six months should hopefully max out their stats. While it can be used straight off the bat, it is not exactly meant for public consumption due to some minor issues. Namely, EducationBuff2.dll has to be manually loaded for some reason.

Installation instruction:

  1. Download the latest release of Harmony patch library from here ( https://github.com/pardeike/Harmony ). Extract 0Harmony.dll to [Software Inc. Folder]/DLLMods.
  2. Download the latest release (this one). Extract the files to [Software Inc. Folder]/DLLMods.
  3. Activate the in-game console (make sure to map it to a key first; check the keybinds for the very last entry, the entry on console) and type RELOAD_DLL_MOD EducationBuff2
  4. Activate the mod in the Mod section of settings.
  5. And you are done!
