[Copy] Updates occupational group abbreviations in French #10438

🤖 Resolves #10425.

👋 Introduction

This PR changes the occupational group abbreviation for IT in French from TI to IT since the Government of Canada does not translate the acronym.

It also changes the occupational group abbreviation for AS in French from SA to AS since the Government of Canada does not translate the acronym.

🧪 Testing

Assist reviewers with steps they can take to test that the PR does what it says it does.

  1. pnpm build
  2. Navigate to More information (Informations complémentaires) section of a process
  3. Switch to French
  4. Expand the accordions and make sure there is no TI-0X or TI references
