To perform the pseudonymisation in this test, you will need to have performed the following:
- In the non-anonymised XNAT a subject CtE_Lung_P_Planning Exercise has to have the session CtE_Lung_P. This dataset was imported in this user test.
- The additional clinical trials have to be installed as done in this user test.
- Navigate to the session CtE_Lung_P of subject CtE_Lung_P_Planning_Exercise.
- Pseudonymise this session as described here with the following settings:
- Select a manual psudonymisaion,
- Project RTTQA as the target project,
- Trial trial_testLung,
- Trial subject ID [YourHospitalCode]_subLung_02 (again, replace [YourHospitalCode] as previously done)
- Trial session ID [YourHospitalCode]_sesLung_02.
- When you now click on Validate some structures will be highlighted yellow because they do not comply with the requirements of the clinical trial.
- Please confirm a few things:
- Label conformity is not case sensitive. See for instance chestwall which is not highlighted as non-conforming, however when you look at the list of permitted labels you will find Chestwall with capital C. The Uploader will correct this automatically for you. The same holds for the structure called heart.
- The wildcard * is used to indicate that everything can be inserted at this position. See for instance Dose 55[Gy] which conforms with the trial requirement DOSE*.
- White spaces will be removed (you will notice this once you reload the pseudonymised data into a system that shows you the exact label names). For instance, Dose 55[Gy] will become DOSE55[gy]
- Use the table below to make the non-conforming labels conforming with the trial requirements.
Original Name | Correct Name |
---|---|
brachialplexus | BrachialPlex_R |
Oesophagus | Esophagus |
proxbrtree | Bronchus |
CW | Dummy1 |
SpinalcordPRV | SpinalCord_PRV |
Body-(PTV+2cm) | Dummy2 |
BrachialplexPRV | Dummy3 |
- Now, validate and pseudonymise this session.
- Follow the steps performed in this User Test to validate the pseudonymisation with your TPS.
