Here is a skeleton for the GSoC and Outreachy 2024 introductory blog post. @MDAnalysis/gsoc-mentors and @micaela-matta (i.e., outreachy mentors) should please confirm that they are happy with the formatting for the skeleton.
Contributors will be asked to fill in the details, and can look at previous project announcement posts (e.g., https://github.com/MDAnalysis/MDAnalysis.github.io/blob/master/_posts/2023-05-16-gsoc-students.md) for inspiration. It is optional to add a picture. If anyone is uncomfortable with this, we can include an avatar or simply not have a photo at all.
