- Merge Make compatible with Java 11 #168 ahead of this (Java 11 upgrade)
- General rebasing
- Fix issue with integration tests (Jetty-related - for some reason, /api/version 404's, despite other servlets functioning correctly e.g. /lbConfig)
- Squash commits to prepare for merge
