There are some typos and general issues with capitalisation but the content is brilliant! Thank you for doing this. Let me know if you agree with the comments and I will be happy to fix. In general I would probably capitalise the beginning of bullet points, but I know some people disagree with that.

| A lot of emphasis is put on enabling Reproducible Research lately. This includes container technologies like Docker and workflow systems like Nextflow, snakemake which are the most popular ones. |
