In order to have an up to date libarchive, I had to update unzip, netpgp, and pkg_install as well to catch up with various changes most importantly api changes in libarchive.
With these changes in place, it's now possible to build an up to date pkgtools/pkgin (currentl v0.11.6) from stock pkgsrc-current on Minix.
