Link improvements

Bug fixes and design tweaks this week:

• There's now a link next to the link editor in the toolbar to help verify that external links navigate to where you want them to.
• Authors with chapter editing permissions can now edit references.
• When updating a chapter ID, chapters that link to the ID will be updated too.
• Fixed issue where image alignment setting was not saved.

Reference improvements

Improved reference list editing:

• Clarified that they are sorted by ID, not my author name.
• Made reference IDs case insensitive.
• Accounted for identical reference IDs when bulk adding.

Several editing patches

Fixed several bugs; it's now relatively stable for editing. See change log for updates.

Good morning! On this quiet Saturday I worked:

• Updates to core Sveltekit dependencies
• Fixes to janky cover image loading and positioning of footnotes, citations, and comments inside of block elements such as callouts, quotes, and tables.
