Description:

Berry low-level driver for M5Stack 8encoder: https://docs.m5stack.com/en/unit/8Encoder

Copy file in file-system and add import M5_8encoder in autoexec.be

Short-term plans are to link it to the Leds animation framework and have real-time controls over the animation
