Upgrade mity to v1.0.0 for GRCh37 crg2 pipeline #210

Mity has recently released a new update (v.1.0.0). We would like to add this to our pipeline:

Install the new version in /hpf/largeprojects/ccm_dccforge/dccdipg/Common/crg2-non-conda-tools/
Create a new branch of crg2 to test and benchmark this new version
Benchmarking:
- Benchmarking document: Mity_Report_AJ_MC_crm.docx
- Benchmarking data excel: Mity-Benchmarking-Data.xlsx
