EHDN and EHDN report rules have hardcoded hpf paths and no environment, and are therefore incompatible with the CHEO-RI space. We need to create an environment for these rules that includes:

  • ExpansionHunterDenovo-v0.7.0
  • python/3.7.7 and whatever python packages the report script uses

We also need to be able to provide a reference path and path to EHDN-relevant files.
