Running the GCS on non OpenGL 2.1 capable systems

QtQuick 2.0 applications require OpenGL 2.1 or higher to run. Windows only provides OpenGL 1.1 by default, which is not sufficient. To use the Mesa driver you need to download one the file below according to your particular system, extract and copy the opengl32.dll file to the GCS "bin" directory.
