Build Scintilla and Lexilla from source

1. Create a new empty folder.
2. Extract the Scintilla into the subfolder scintilla.
3. Extract scintillaXYZ.zip into the subfolder.
4. Checkout the Lexilla into another subfolder lexilla.
5. Create release builds x86 and x64 of the Lexilla:
6. Create the release builds x86 and x64 of the Scintilla
7. Collect the outputted DLL files for the next release of the Scintilla.NET
