• update .json config version from 3.0.2 to 3.0.3
• Vep config updated to v1.1.11 in .json config file
• remove the warning message from the readme file saying that the python script will be removed when the new eggd_dias_batch goes live.
• update README.md file to direct to dias_CEN_config_GRCh37_v3.0.3.json and vep config v1.1.11.
