Goods_Services_Works
This page enables you to view the type of goods, services or works that were procured by the procuring entities. It is maintained in such a way that you can see which type of goods/services/works and drill down to see other details.
To view the page, click on the Goods/Services/Work link on the main navigation menu.
When you clicked the link, you can see the the total number and types of goods/services/works that were procured in a given year . In the page, you can see top 5 goods/services/works procured for example: medicines, construction works, maintenance works, cleaning works. You can use the sorting options provided to see the top 5 goods/services/works procured from the year 2012 either based on value (monetary value) or based on count (units of procurements carried out).
You can see the details about the procured goods/services/works by simply clicking on the label or graph bar.
When you clicked the desired goods/services/works to see the details, you will be navigated to a page where you can see the following details regarding it: i. Total number of contracts that took place in respect to such goods/services/works ii. Total Contract Amount iii. Number of contracts in each year iv. Contract Value (monetary) in each year v. Top 5 Contractors vi. Top 5 procuring agencies
Under the same tab, you can scroll down to search particular tender that took place. If you know the name of particular procuring agency, you can simply type its name to see the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Code and Scheme.
When you clicked a particular contract, it again takes you to see the details related to such tender as: i. Total number of contracts that took place in respect to such goods/services/works ii. Total Contract Amount iii. Number of contracts in each year iv. Contract Value (monetary) in each year v. Top 5 Contractors vi. Top 5 procuring agencies
