agencies
The Agencies are the government bodies that call to procure goods and services from contractors i.e. the procuring agencies. You can click the Agencies in the main navigating menu.
After you click the Agencies tab, you can see the total number of procuring agencies available. Also, you can see the list of top 5 procuring agencies of the current year based on value by default. You can use the sorting options provided to see the top 5 procuring agencies from the year 2012 either based on value (monetary value) or based on count (units of procurements carried out).
You can see the details about individual procuring agencies by simply clicking on the label or graph bar.
After you clicked one of the bars or graphs, you will see graphs of total number of published tenders vs. contract issued of different years provided in different colors. Also, you can see the contract value of different years.
In the same page, you can scroll down to see top 5 contractors which the procuring agencies carried out procurements from. You can use the sorting options to see top contractors on the basis of year, top contracting value and top goods and services procured.
Under the Agencies tab, you can scroll down to search your desired agency that took part in procuring goods and services. If you know the name of particular procuring agency, you can simply type its name to see the number of tenders, contract and contract value. Or, you can see and sort the agencies name, tenders, contracts and contract values listed as shown in the picture below.
You can also click individual procuring agency tenders, contracts and contract value to see the charts of relevant procurements.
You can also export the data into CSV format by simply clicking the Export as CSV seen in right middle part of the page.
