Removes basically everything from the repository.
Retains:

.github/CODEOWNERS
.gitignore - with some additions
LICENSE - updated to 2025
README.md - stripped back to just a title and Mamba environment installation instructions

Adds:

environment.yml - uses "channel::package" syntax


          feat: removed Python toolkit and related files; rearranged files
