Closes: #9058

Description of Changes

  • Updated the database cleaner to remove old ThreadSubscriptions, CommentSubscriptions, and CommunityAlerts
  • Removed notifications cleaning since those tables will be dropped soon as well

Test Plan

  • Run pnpm clean-db from packages/commonwealth
