The High-Performance Scientific Computing Lab (HPSC Lab) at the University of Augsburg is dedicated to the development of high-performance computing software and algorithms for scientific applications at the intersection of mathematics, computer science, and domain sciences such as physics or engineering. As an interdisciplinary research group, our focus is on the development of scalable algorithms for large-scale simulations, with a special emphasis on adaptive multi-physics simulations, research software engineering, and scientific machine learning.
This GitHub organization contains some of our research-related repositories, including software packages and reproducibility repositories for publications. Since many of our research activities are conducted as part of the Trixi Framework, a large proportion of the repositories we contribute to regularly is located there, e.g., Trixi.jl or TrixiParticles.jl.
