Registration Form UI Overhaul

Dependency to epic #7694.

Problem

The current registration form design is a bit clunky and non-intuitive, and could use both a visual redesign and the addition of some helpful new visual features.

Requirements

• Implement Figma mockup for registration #9316
  • PR: Implement Figma mockup for registration #9350
• Add debounced keyup validation to registration inputs, and loading behavior to submit button #9511
  • PR: Add (debounced) key-up validation for registration #9512
• Add icons for registration hide/show password toggle #9533
  • PR: Replace hide/show password text with eye icons #9534
• Hide rest of registration form if third-party login used #9540
  • PR: Hide sign-up form in the case of IA third-party login #9541
• Add loading and success indicator for registration backend checks #9590
  • PR: Add loading and success indicators for backend checks #9593
