Out of the box we want a simple way to do automated accessibility testing/configuration.
This solution isn't perfect in that it does require some user configuration (defining which URL's to hit) and I chose not to have the report HTML generated so should a test fail a developer would have to go to their browser to see results. (lighthouse-ci doesn't support dynamic report naming and I could have just had the reports put in separate directories, but I figured at the end of the day, the developer is going to have to go see things in their browser).
