What factors lead to high car ownership / mileage and how can this information be used to improve our impact on the environment?
Note: to make modeling easier, we should probably refine this question, which was just copied from the hackpad.

The traffic analysis zones are numbered with 1 at the center of Boston and generally increase with distance from the city center. Over the course of testing merges, I (Allison) plotted log(mipdaypass) against TAZ number. I'll post the plot and relevant statistics later, but that is one variable we can potentially use.
