Archive bundling PyPipboy library, PyPipboyApp and Bethesda's graphical assets for the map widget.

I got rid of PyInstaller for the All-In-One Package and now use a portable python 3.4 environment with a custom launcher. The size has doubled, but it does not cause false-positives with AV-software anymore (https://www.virustotal.com/de/file/b075ef010a3e5bf38b401455d8d36d677c14a6920c860ad1d146f7dd9c858746/analysis/1450035939/).
