I got rid of PyInstaller for the All-In-One Package and now use a portable python 3.4 environment with a custom launcher. The size has doubled, but it does not cause false-positives with AV-software anymore (https://www.virustotal.com/de/file/b075ef010a3e5bf38b401455d8d36d677c14a6920c860ad1d146f7dd9c858746/analysis/1450035939/).

PyPipboyApp v0.4-alpha

Notice: The All-In-one Archive is flagged as malware by 4 out of 55 engines on virustotal (https://www.virustotal.com/de/file/2357f99f654605487f5dc2e0f1c0544a80f5a6d5c82718f93e064642b3aba193/analysis/1449763690/). I ensured that I installed WinPython and PyInstaller only from trusted sources, compared their checksums, reinstalled and scanned my operation system. I am pretty confident that my system is clean and it is only a false positive (PyInstaller has a long history of generating false positives with AV-Software, e.g. see here: pyinstaller/pyinstaller#1692). If you don't want to take any risks, install python and pyqt5 yourself and only download the scriptsOnly package.
If someone knows how I can avoid these false positives, please contact me!
