Roslin-core handles submission, tracking, killing and restarting of projects through a roslin pipeline
All projects are automatically tracked on the mongo database specified in the core config. You can disable this by setting the ROSLIN_MONGO_DISABLE
environment variable

Use the script roslin_submit.py
to submit projects
