Meeting notes

Carl has added the 4.12 support to OMP. The major issue he's run into are the magic numbers that haven't been bumped to 4.12 yet. Next week, he'll follow up on that work. He'll also port some OMP project to ppxlib.

Sonja has mainly worked on Astlib. She's also brought js_of_ocaml to a point that it doesn't depend on her anymore if it can be merged: the only problem now is a conflict of ppxlib>=0.17.0 with ocamlformat. Next week, she'll continue working on Astlib by adding interface files for the modules it uses from compiler-libs.
