You can download this tutorial directly from Pure Data as part of the package download of the ELSE library. In Pd, go to: Help => Find Externals and search for either 'else'. Other and earlier versions reside in this repository. For more details, please check the Readme at: https://github.com/porres/Live-Electronic-Music-Tutorial/blob/v1.0-beta-39/README.md

This version depends on Pure Data 0.51-3 or later plus the ELSE library version 1.0-0 beta 39 (https://github.com/porres/pd-else/releases/tag/v1.0-beta39).

CHANGELOG:

  • Major reorg, new chapter order, removed separation in volumes. Part 04-Control had chapters 16-Lines, 17-Envelopes and 18-MIDI-OSC revised, new examples added. A new chapter 20-Stochastic was included as such (these examples were first part of the 'sequencer' chapter).

  • New part Part.02-Basic-Processing came to be as a division from Part 1. New chapter just for fade.in/fade.out, new examples for [autofde~]/autofade2~] objects and new examples that reflect the new [slew~]/[slew2~] objects.
