Puma33DS v7

This update adds recent changes from Luma3DS, including a very notable feature: namely, support for running 1.x or 2.x sysnands with the kernel write protection patch (Corbenik having already been able to run them, with without any patch).

Improvements to the PIN system (actually protecting the settings, and the saved password being deleted if disabled) and to CFW speed are also included.

Additionally, a system for forcing the configuration to be recreated if the selection of options changed has been implemented!
