New features in StarBeast3 v1.1.7:

  • When specifying the initial species tree, the gene trees will initialise within their respective species tree nodes, rather than all at the root
  • When using MRCA Prior calibrations, the initial tree will be valid
  • Lower bound can be placed on branch rates
