Adding an index in order to allow for a xref from the rescv-trace-spec. The xref in question is xref:https://github.com/riscv-non-isa/tg-nexus-trace/blob/master/docs/RISC-V-Trace-Control-Interface.adoc#register-map[this register map] Cross references between asciidoc files require this.
