RINO (announcement on Reddit, Twitter) is a new Monero web wallet currently in public beta. It's quite unique as it uses 2/3 multisig to achieve security, see their FAQ about this.
The wallet itself is open source (GitHub), and they plan to offer reproducible builds so people can check that what is running in their browser is exactly the published code of the wallet.
It uses @woodser 's monero-cpp and monero-javascript libraries, and parts of the core Monero code base compiled to WASM for running it in the browser.
