Post migration Clean up this is attempting to remove some of the configuration that where but in for DBT / GOV PAAS hence we are now removing .
DO NOT MERGE THIS UNTIL WE ARE ON DBT PLATFORM AS IT WILL BREAK COMPATIBILITY WITH GOV PAAS.
