  1. Optimise some LongSequence constructors 

    Specifically, constructors of `LongSequence{<:NucleicAcidAlphabet}` from
`LongSequence` or `LongSubSeq` of `NucleicAcidAlphabet`, where the alphabet
bit size is different.
Simple benchmarks suggests an improvement of 4-7x for long sequences.
