Deleting an account
This tutorial will focus on how a privileged user will be able to delete the account of another user.
Note
You must be logged in as a Manager or higher privilege level to perform this function.
-
From the admin dashboard, navigate the menu of the left side of the screen Customers>View All Users.
-
You can manually scroll through the list of all the users, or you can search for the specific user you want.
-
In the table below you can see the different actions you can do with the user, one of which is “Edit”, click on it.
-
From the next page scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the “Delete User” button at the bottom of the page.
Note
Deleting a user simply "Archives" them, changing some database attributes to ensure they cannot take certain actions.
