Updating SCUTE

Sometimes an update to the GUI will involve updates to the SCUTE library which it is based on.

  1. Temporarily enable internet connection.

  2. Uninstall the current SCUTE installation:

pip uninstall scute
  1. Install the latest version of SCUTE:
pip install https://github.com/octophin/scute
