Basic Goals:

Type "pAdicNumber" storing p-adics up to arbitrary precision
Basic arithmetic of p-adics
Hensel lifting
Convert between standard p-adic expansion and Teichmüller representation
Implement Q_p and Z_p as rings

All goals are now implemented, except for Teichmüller representation. Package should me added to main M2 repository in the near future.
