1. How do I setup accounts for other users on my server?

This page provides some basic details on how to add another user. There will be a wiki setup specifically for this interface soon.

2. How do I exclude an entire library from being scrobbled + synced?

With the Global Filter - Libraries option in the preferences (inside Plex/Web) you can define the names of libraries you want to scrobble (e.g. Movies, TV Shows) or the names of libraries you want to exclude prefixed with the - character (e.g. -Movies).
