FFT cleanup
Adaptive notch filter to remove narrow-band noise contamination. The power spectrum is detrended by computing the power-frequency product (using power~1/f relationship). After this operation, noise peaks that stand out from the constant background is removed. The threshold value (P.fft_thresh) is expressed in MAD unit.
