postCluster_()

Detrend Rho-Delta plot used in DPCLUS and identify density peak points which exceeds P.rho_cut and P.delta1_cut thresholds

Syntax

• S_clu = postCluster_(S_clu, P)

Operation

• detrend_local_(): Identify density peak points S_clu.icl (potential cluster centers).
  • If P.vcDetrend_postclu = 'local', detrend Rho-Delta plot for each site separately
  • If P.vcDetrend_postclu = 'global', detrend Rho-Delta plot for all sites together
• assign_clu_count_(): Assign cluster membership (S_clu.viClu) for a list of cluster centers (S_clu.icl)
