post_merge_wav_()

Merge clusters automatically based on their averaged waveform similarity (computed by S_clu_wavcor_().

• nRepeat_merge: Maximum number of times to repeat merging (P.nRepeat_merge)

Operations

• S_clu_wav_(): Compute the mean unit waveform after clustering
• S_clu_wavcor_(): Compute the correlations between physically adjacent units (P.maxDist_site_merge_um) using the mean unit waveforms
• S_clu_wavcor_merge_(): Repeat merging based on the waveform correlations up to P.nRepeat_merge times
