Overworld Weather

Some areas can have overworld weather. (map.asm) Note that the mechanics is different from that in HG/SS.
- Azalea + R33: Rainy on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday after you beat the Team Rocket
- Lake of Rage + R43: Rainy (and therefore flooded) until you beat the Team Rocket HQ; after that, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Stormy Beach: always Rainy
