Even if you get the disk images recognized and mounted, getting various games to run uses really cryptic commands.
Generally, you home the directory listing of the game has a !BOOT file, so then you can:
*EXEC !BOOT
Yeah, that crazy. Now keep in mind that the MAME keyboard mapping is SHIFT+" to make an asterisk character.
If it appears to be a binary file, this has worked (keep in mind SHIFT+2 produces a doublequote character):
CHAIN "<program_name>"
